數字化儀是一種電子採集設備，它採集模擬波形，通過模數轉換器(ADC) 對其進行處理，並將數字化樣本發送到緩衝區，以便在計算機處理之前將其保存起來。波形數字化儀是PC 或工業PC 的插卡，用於測量連續電壓信號以及電壓瞬變等快速信號變化。因此它們也被稱為瞬態記錄器。

基於PCIe總線的虹科數字化儀產品按照不同的PCIe接口形式，主要分為2個系列：

  • M2p系列：PCI Express x4接口
  • M4i 系列：PCI Express x8接口

一、產品簡介

M4i.22xx-x8 Express 系列專為高速數據採集而設計。每個輸入通道都有自己的 A/D 轉換器和自己的可編程輸入放大器。這允許在所有通道上同時記錄訊號，而它們之間沒有任何相位延遲。超大的板載內存即使在最高采樣率下也可以長時間記錄。 M4i.22xx 系列的所有板卡可以將整個安裝的板載內存用於當前啟用的通道數。板上還集成了 FIFO 模式。這允許連續採集數據以進行在線處理或將數據存儲到硬碟。

  • 4 GSample on-board memory as standard
  • 4 input ranges: ±200 mV up to ±2.5 V
  • Optional input ranges: ±40 mV up to ±500 mV
  • Window, re-arm, OR/AND trigger
  • Synchronization of up to 8 cards
  • PCI Express x8 Gen2 Interface
  • Works with x8/x16 PCIe Gen1 to Gen3 slots
  • Sustained streaming speed card to PC up to 3.4 GB/s
  • Sustained streaming speed PC to card up to 2.8 GB/s
  • Direct data transfer to / from CUDA GPU using SCAPP
