數字化儀是一種電子採集設備，它採集模擬波形，通過模數轉換器(ADC) 對其進行處理，並將數字化樣本發送到緩衝區，以便在計算機處理之前將其保存起來。波形數字化儀是PC 或工業PC 的插卡，用於測量連續電壓信號以及電壓瞬變等快速信號變化。因此它們也被稱為瞬態記錄器。

基於PCIe總線的虹科數字化儀產品按照不同的PCIe接口形式，主要分為2個系列：

  • M2p系列：PCI Express x4接口
  • M4i 系列：PCI Express x8接口

一、產品簡介

M4i.44xx-x8 Express 系列專為快速和高質量的數據採集而設計。每個輸入通道都有自己的 A/D 轉換器和自己的可編程輸入放大器。這允許在所有通道上以 14 位或 16 位分辨率同時記錄訊號，而它們之間沒有任何相位延遲。即使以 500 MS/s 運行，該卡也僅使用一個 A/D 轉換器，無需任何交錯技術即可保證最佳訊號質量。超大的板載內存即使在最高採樣率下也可以長時間記錄。

  • Direct data transfer to / from CUDA GPU using SCAPP
