HK-MK5-5002-T000
The HK-MK5-5002 is an incremental encoder module for RS422 differential outputs with a built-in 32-bit quadrature decoder counter that supports zero-pulse and latched signals to transfer the acquisition data to the controller via bus communication. Displacement is calculated from two pulse signals shifted 90° apart, subdividing the 360° axial displacement into separate increments. Each revolution is represented by a special pulse, the zero pulse (Z pulse), and the number of incremental subdivisions determines the resolution and positional accuracy.

PROFINET Decentralized Remote IO System
Network adapter module with 2 RJ45 interfaces, high-speed backplane bus, expandable up to 32 modules, and multiple IO types for any combination.
The PROFINET Bus Coupler Module is responsible for field bus communication and ensures a stable connection between the device and the master controller. The Extended IO Module is connected to the field input and output sensors. The input module collects the field signals and sends them to the adapter via the internal bus. The controller reads the data through the field bus, processes it, writes the output data to the network adapter, and then transmits it to the output IO module through the internal bus to realize the automatic control of the device.
