A 2014 Mercedes-Benz A200 with an M270 engine and a cumulative mileage of about 120,000km was involved in a collision that ruptured the engine oil pan. After replacing the oil pan with a new one and filling the engine oil to the standard level and testing the vehicle, the engine was found to have a delayed start and the engine malfunction light on the after-start instrumentation was illuminated abnormally.

一輛2013款斯巴魯BRZ車，搭載FA20水準對置發動機，累計行駛里程約為6萬km。該車因發動機冷卻液溫度過高，在其他維修廠更換了氣缸墊，更換完成後試車，冷起動後發動機怠速抖動嚴重，過一會兒發動機冷卻液溫度稍微升高後排氣管“放炮”，且發動機依然抖動。由於故障是在更換氣缸墊後出現的，因此維修人員懷疑發動機正時沒有對好。重新校對2次發動機正時後試車，故障依舊，於是將車開至我廠進行維修。
