Application Case 1: Sensor Data Acquisition

How can multiple sensors be used to sense the surrounding environment and record data during intelligent driving?

Sensors such as radar, laser radar, cameras, ultrasonic sensors, etc. adopt on-board interfaces, which will collect a large amount of raw data, such as images, point clouds, etc., which is convenient for the analysis of autonomous driving data and simulation analog.

 

In order to connect the data from these in-vehicle interfaces to the Datalogger via a hardware device, it is necessary to use Technica converters from Macrohon to realize the conversion of the physical layer interfaces! Convenient DIP switches allow you to adjust the device's master/slave node, transfer rate, and more.

Application Case 2: SOME/IP Node Simulation Testing

TC8 testing is gradually appearing in the public eye, more and more customers want to carry out SOME/IP test validation. First of all, it should be clear that SOME/IP is divided into two parts: a Server with nearly 100 test cases, and an ETS with about 150 test cases, so how are the test results obtained?

With the help of ANDi (Automotive Network Diagnoser), a test and analysis tool, Honghong builds a test environment by using a computer and an in-vehicle converter or switch, covering protocols such as basic TCP/IP protocol stacks (IPV4 or IPv6), UDP-NM, DoIP, AVB, full coverage SOME/IP, SOME/IP-SD, and server tests and ETS tests. Use Case 3: MACsec Car Security Authentication

In general, most of the data is transmitted in clear text over the LAN link, which can lead to many security risks, such as network attacks, personal information tampering, etc. The deployment of MACsec in the network can ensure that the transmitted data will not be altered or leaked. Deploying MACsec in the network ensures that the transmitted data will not be altered or leaked, providing data security for users.

Macronix has launched an in-vehicle Ethernet switch device based on MACsec functionality, which is realized through the use of specific PHYs and also supports the implementation of MKA (MACsec Key Agreement).

The solution enables decryption of high-speed MACsec streams, injects traffic between two MACsec nodes to record MACsec streams, and also examines MACsec enforcement on ECUs to authenticate MACsec communications.
