With the rise of IR cameras around the world, each wavelength has reached a certain function in different industries, such as short-wavelength infrared, which is being used in the automotive field with the rise of ADAS, and mid-infrared, which has stabilized the development of optical components. The CLAMIR laser power closed-loop control system introduced in this article is one of them. It integrates VPD PbSe infrared camera and mid-infrared technology with embedded real-time computing system, and achieves high-quality and sustainable processes by continuously controlling the laser work to avoid localized overheating during processing.
