宏虹MK5-5002編碼器模組是一個用於RS422差分形式輸出的增量編碼器採集模組，帶有32 位正交解碼計數器，以及零脈衝、鎖存訊號的鎖存器可讀取鎖存位置，並把計數與鎖存結果透過總線通訊傳遞給控制器，從而實現分佈式的編碼器採集。該模塊組採用 4 倍頻對所有輸入訊號的邊沿進行採樣和計算，可以進一步提高分辨率和採集精度。
