Ultramatic GR Series Water Purifier
Ultramatic GR produces ultrapure water from pre-purified water - Type I - Response level: Resistivity 18.2 MΩ.cm at 25 ºC, TOC < 10 ppb Bacterial count ≤ 1 cfu/ml. pre-purified feed water can be:
- Type II water (Ecomatic/Autwomatic)
- water infiltration
- Deionized water
- distilled water
▲Photo-oxidation
The Ultramatic GR model uses dual wavelength emitted light:
- 254 nm is bactericidal (irreversibly alters the genetic material of microorganisms).
- 185nm generates free oxidizing radicals that oxidize dissolved organic compounds to carbonate and bicarbonate ions, which are removed by the last GR purification module.
▲Resistivity Measurement
The Ultramatic GR uses an in-line resistivity sensor to measure the resistivity of the extracted water (± 0,1 MΩ.cm) with temperature compensation (± 0,1 ºC).As a safety mechanism for the user, the software includes a pre-set set point (10 MΩ.cm) below which no water will be dispensed.
▲Automatic Recirculation
The Ultramatic GR automatically recirculates the water in the loop to ensure the highest quality water is dispensed.Models with an ultrafiltration module perform regular recirculation and draining of the UF module.

I. Overview
The Ultramatic GR Series is a cost-effective ultra-pure water purifier with only 1 outlet to produce first-class ultra-pure water.Distilled water or reverse osmosis water should be used for the water intake of this equipment, which can be directly connected to the barrel water or drinking water as water source.Mainly used for trace analysis, high performance liquid chromatography, ion chromatography, gas chromatography and other precision instruments of water treatment, working flow rate up to 2L/min.

IV. Main components
- GRPurification module:Ions are removed from the water through a deionization column consisting of anion/cation exchange resin, which reduces the conductivity of pure water to ≤1 μS/cm.
- Dual band UV lamps:UV lamps sterilize by emitting UV rays with a wavelength of 254nm to reduce trace organic pollution, and they also emit a short wave of 185nm to turn O2 into O3 (ozone), which removes bacteria or trace organisms from the water.
- 22μm terminal screening program: Reduce bacterial count to <1 cfu/ml.
