A digitizer is an electronic acquisition device that acquires analog waveforms, processes them through an analog-to-digital converter (ADC), and sends the digitized samples to a buffer zone where they are stored before being processed by a computer. Waveform digitizers are plug-in cards for PCs or industrial PCs that are used to measure continuous voltage signals as well as fast signal changes such as voltage transients. For this reason they are also known as transient recorders.

I. Product Introduction

M4x.44xx-x4 系列數字化儀在速度和分辨率方面均提供最高性能。該系列包括具有兩個或四個同步通道的 PCIe 卡，其中每個通道都有自己的專用 ADC。 ADC 可以以 130 MS/s 到 500 MS/s 的速率進行採樣，並提供 14 位或 16 位分辨率。高采樣率和分辨率的結合使這些數字化儀成為需要高質量訊號採集應用的頂級產品。
