Anybus Managed L2 PoE Switch
The Anybus Layer 2 Managed PoE Switch is designed to create reliable and secure data networks in harsh industrial environments. This versatile switch is ideal for factory automation applications. Power and data transfer functions can be realized over Ethernet cables, enabling the switch to provide an efficient and easy-to-use solution for the integration of wireless access points, security cameras, Anybus Bolt and industrial machinery.
The switch features two SFP (small form-factor pluggable) slots for high-speed uplink to the backbone switch and eight Gigabit Ethernet ports with PoE powering for data connectivity and power over the same network cable. Fiber optic connections can be used to enable remote connectivity or to provide reliable data communications in environments with high levels of electromagnetic interference.
A range of network management features enable us to segment, control, and ensure that data is processed as expected. vLAN, QoS, IGMP Snooping, and LACP/Trunk allow you to create extremely reliable networks suitable for mission-critical applications. rSTP (Rapid Spanning Tree Protocol) supports ring-configured RSTP (Rapid Spanning Tree Protocol) supports ring-configured networks for enhanced resiliency and advanced security features such as 802.1x port-based access control, which provides a high level of protection against network threats.
