PCR實驗的應用
PCR實驗室也稱為基因擴增實驗室。PCR是聚合酶鏈式反應(Polymerase Chain Reaction)的簡稱，是一種分子生物學技術，用於放大特定的DNA片段，可看作生物體外的特殊DNA複製。
PCR實驗主要是對細胞、病毒、細菌的核酸進行體外擴增及分析，以此判斷患者的患病程度。可用於新冠、乙肝、愛滋病、結核病、梅毒疹、癌症等疾病的早期診斷和後續治療階段。因此PCR實驗室也主要存在於醫院檢驗科和病理科、疾控中心、采血等機構。
