Based on quantum cascade laser technology, it covers 2~5Thz frequency band and has continuous wave and quasi continuous wave (QCW) operation modes without the need of refrigerant. It is also highly flexible, with up to seven integrated quantum cascade laser chips to meet different application requirements.
At its core is the most advanced Schottky diode frequency doubler available. The base model is 75 GHz and the frequency can be expanded to 600 Hz. The integrated plug-and-play system can be controlled remotely with convenient software. the TeraSchottky Asia-Pacific Hertz Source was born out of the European space program and is inherently highly reliable.
