Background
Shihlin Electric Works Co., Ltd. is a leading global manufacturer of electro-mechanical solutions, specializing in the research, development and manufacture of power-related products, with more than 60 years of deep roots and technical expertise. The company is committed to providing high-quality electrical equipment and services to customers around the world, and is particularly experienced in the fields of power transformers and switchgear.
The project required large transformers to be transported by sea to overseas markets. Safety during transportation is critical, as the transformers are subjected to long and unpredictable marine environments, such as severe vibrations, extreme temperatures, humidity changes, and other potential risks. As a result, theEnsure the stability and safety of transformers during transportation, especially in long-haul and unpredictable marine environments.It has become one of the core missions of Shihlin Electric.

Cloud-based 4G Vibrational Data Recorder
For this project, Shihlin Electric chose to use Honghong's The Trusted T7LTE Vibro Recorder provides real-time monitoring during transportation to ensure equipment safety and enhance reliability.This device is designed to meet the challenges of transportation. The device is equipped with excellent features, including a powerful magnet accessory that quickly and securely attaches to the transformer's magnetic surface.
