Time Sensitive Networking (TSN) can control and prioritize the data flow in an Ethernet network to ensure system real-time performance and reliability based on the requirements of different applications such as guaranteed bandwidth, time synchronization and low latency.

Time Sensitive Networking (TSN) is an emerging networking technology designed to enable efficient real-time communication.TSN is based on the IEEE standard and provides a set of protocols and mechanisms designed to ensure that data in a network is transmitted within tight latency and reliability limits. This technology is particularly well suited for the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) environment, where IIoT systems are typically comprised of intelligent infrastructure and hyperconnected devices with sensing, processing, and networking capabilities that generate large amounts of data and share the same network. In such environments, reliable delivery of real-time and mission-critical messages is critical, regardless of other network traffic, and TSN technology is designed to address these challenges, improving system efficiency, reliability and security.
Time Synchronization
TSN is equipped with a time synchronization mechanism that ensures all devices in the network use the same time base, guaranteeing consistency and accuracy of data transmission, which is crucial for industrial equipment that needs to work in tandem.
Bandwidth Protection
Through the bandwidth guarantee mechanism, TSN ensures sufficient bandwidth for different types of data streams to avoid data loss or delay due to traffic congestion.
Flow Scheduling
TSN provides a traffic scheduling mechanism that enables the network to more flexibly manage the transmission sequence and frequency of multiple data streams, optimizing the use of network resources.
Data transmission priority control
This mechanism ensures that real-time sensitive data is transmitted first, thus minimizing data transmission delays.
The package enables the data flow volume from the traffic generator to be transmitted under the QBV protocol scheduling, which enables the characterization of ST plan traffic. The duration, bandwidth size and priority of different data flows can be specified.
Provides transceiver testing for small-scale TSN networks and supports simulation and analysis of various TSN standards (e.g., QBV, QAV, etc.). Suitable for research and education.
The package provides multi-parameter tuning to support different TSN technology configurations and tests, which is suitable for the design and deployment of large-scale network environments.
It can satisfy the user's need to verify TSN protocols in heterogeneous equipment networks and supports flexible network configuration and testing.
Provides centralized control and management of TSN network devices and supports multiple network configuration protocols (e.g., VLAN, MAC, etc.), which is suitable for all types of network operation scenarios.

Equipped with 4/12/20 multimedia Gigabit Ethernet ports and 1 internal port for seamless and reliable Ethernet, the RELY-TSN-BRIDGE supports most of the TSN standards and demonstrates excellent reliability in demanding scenarios such as railroad, aerospace, automotive and industrial automation.

The RELY-TSN12 provides 8 copper ports and 4 multimedia ports to support various TSN standards. The built-in web server simplifies management and is suitable for industrial verification, automation, secure communication and many other applications.

The RELY-10TSN20 is the most versatile TSN switch in Relyum's industrial lineup, offering four 10GBASE-SFP multimedia ports, eight TSN copper ports, and eight regular Ethernet ports, and supporting a wide range of TSN standards for high versatility.

The device is capable of inspecting, timestamping, and logging regular Ethernet and time-sensitive network traffic using the same IEEE 802.1AS timing references as the other devices on the network being analyzed.

The device allows measurement of bandwidth and delay for certain traffic in a particular device or network segment. This can be performed by hardware time-stamping packets before they are injected into the network or device to be analyzed and after they are received from the network or DUT.

The device can be used as a PCIe TSN endpoint and a TSN bridge providing 2 multimedia Gigabit Ethernet ports and 2 internal ports. As an endpoint, it offers the possibility of integrating TSN technology into a deterministic network, which can be introduced in the device hosting it.

Highly real-time transmission and processing of images and audio
This switch is the best one I've ever tested, both in terms of performance and user-friendliness. Many TSN devices in the world are configured with command line, which is troublesome and error prone, and the workload is huge. Compared with other TSN switches, this device has a configuration tool, and after the configuration of the brush writing speed is faster, more than ten seconds can be completed.

This switch has a user-friendly configuration interface that makes it easy to understand and operate the configuration options while using it, with a clear layout that reduces the difficulty of operation.
-Automation Engineer in a factory
Some mainstream domestic switches in the market have different degrees of packet loss, RELY-TSN-BRIDGE transmission is stable and does not lose packets, which is very important.
