Description
Overview
40-263-203是16通道PT1000 RTD模擬器。40-263範圍是模擬PT100，PT500或PT1000 RTD的一種經濟有效的方法。它在一個或兩個PXI插槽中支持4、8、12、16、20或24個通道。而且，通道可以設置為短路或開路，以模擬到傳感器的錯誤接線。
該模塊的電阻範圍對於PT100仿真為40Ω至900Ω，對於PT500仿真為200Ω至4500Ω，對於PT1000仿真為400Ω至9000Ω。對於其給定的傳感器類型，所有版本均適合模擬約-150°C至> + 850°C的溫度範圍。電阻值調用的使用使編程變得簡單，還提供了使用所用傳感器模型將溫度請求轉換為電阻調用的API。
每個通道可以在相對於定義的共模電壓大於±15V的差分輸入電壓範圍內工作。共模電壓可以設置為0V，+ 12V，-12V或高達±50V的外部電源。
X40-263提供了使用連接到校準端口的外部DMM驗證通道電阻的便捷系統。該系統允許級聯，因此一個DMM可以用於驗證多個模塊。將UUT連接到模塊時可以執行驗證。
