As we all know, the setup of production equipment in the food and pharmaceutical industries and in the industrial sector look very similar, but the production environment and requirements between them are very different, with a range of legislative requirements and guidelines for industries such as food, pharmaceuticals and chemicals being much more onerous.
We provide EXOR food/pharmaceutical series of industrial control screens developed in accordance with hygienic design standards (DIN EN1672-2, EHEDG and FDA 21 CFR 177.2006), from the appearance of the hardware; performance and functionality can perfectly meet the food/pharmaceutical industry's special environmental application needs.

01 Hard Truths
We provide this HMI itself high performance, the appearance of the food and beverage & pharmaceutical industry characteristics of the corresponding processing and configuration, with strong adaptability and reliability. Specifically as follows.
The HMI front panel frame is made of stainless steel, and the panel glass is coated with polyester fiber, which makes the front panel have a high protection level of IP69 and ensures that the HMI can withstand high temperature (up to 80 degrees Celsius) high-pressure water frequent flushing and washing, even if it is a corrosive detergent, it is also completely ”bearable”.

In addition, we offer this HMI with a thoughtful detail design for the food and pharmaceutical industry: the stainless steel front panel frame is highly polished on all four corners, making the frame and machine surface have the best contact angle, and also making the HMI easier to clean, the cleaning solution can flow away more easily during the rinsing process, and does not leave bacteria or microorganisms behind.
In this way, this HMI can eliminate the accumulation of food, grease, product powder particles, food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries no longer need to configure expensive cabinets for the HMI equipment, not only to eliminate the worries of this type of industry, but also greatly save the cost of equipment.
02 Soft Power

To ensure the security of information, we provide HMI products that meet the requirements of FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and offer a complete solution for the security of electronic signatures, electronic records and audit trails for secure processing industry applications. Specifically.
(1) Electronic Signature
The x.509 certificate can be used to sign reports generated by JMobile Studio, the configuration software for HMI products.
(2) System Security Access
- Users can log in to the system only after entering their account passwords, and can also be configured to force users to log in with their account passwords when accessing remotely through the HMI Client.
- Users can change their passwords at any time, but administrators can set a period of time when users must change their passwords or redefine each user's password and force them to redefine it the first time they log in.
- It can be set that after logging in to the system, the user needs to enter the password again to confirm before making any changes to the system/project.
- The system will ensure that there is no legal obligation to remove two users with the same ID.
(3) Authority Management
The application developer assigns different levels of users (administrators or operators) different privileges to access operations on the HMI device according to the actual needs at the time of development, including: defining item-level, page-level, or control-level control/action access privileges for all controls/actions used in the project.
(4) Audit Trail
- All operations performed by the user on the selected resource will be automatically logged in the operation log, which includes: a time stamp, the name of the user performing the operation, and information related to the modified resource.
- Operators cannot modify logs, log reports can be exported as .csv or .pdf files.
- If an unauthorized user attempts to perform an operation on the system, a record of the failed operation will be logged and reported to the administrator who can access the system security unit and organization management reports.
