A digitizer is an electronic acquisition device that acquires analog waveforms, processes them through an analog-to-digital converter (ADC), and sends the digitized samples to a buffer zone where they are stored before being processed by a computer. Waveform digitizers are plug-in cards for PCs or industrial PCs that are used to measure continuous voltage signals as well as fast signal changes such as voltage transients. For this reason they are also known as transient recorders.

基於PXIe總線的虹科數字化儀產品按照不同的分辨率和採樣率，主要分為2個系列：

  • M4x.22xx-x4 系列： 8 bit分辨率，採樣率高達5 GS/s
  • M4x.44xx-x4 系列：14/16 bit分辨率，採樣率高達500 MS/s

I. Product Introduction

M4x.22xx-x4 Express 系列專為高速數據採集而設計。每個輸入通道都有自己的 A/D 轉換器和自己的可編程輸入放大器。這允許在所有通道上同時記錄訊號，而它們之間沒有任何相位延遲。超大的板載內存即使在最高采樣率下也可以長時間記錄。

  • 在所有通道上同時採樣
  • 每個通道獨立的 ADC 和放大器
  • 4G 標準板載內存 4 個輸入範圍：±200 mV 至 ±2.5 V
  • 可選輸入範圍：±40 mV 至 ±500 mV 窗口、重新布防、OR/AND 觸發
  • 最多同步 8 張卡
  • PXIe x4 Gen 2 接口
  • 持續流模式超過 1.7 GB/s
  • 適用於所有 PXIe 和 PXI 混合插槽
  • PXIe 3U 格式，2 個插槽寬
