Description
Overview
40-262是3U PXI模塊系列,支持6(一個插槽),12或18(兩個插槽)RTD仿真通道。根據40-260設計原則,該模塊可以提供<8mΩ(PT100)或<90mΩ(PT1000)的設置分辨率,並且在所有通道上的電阻精度均優於0.1%。每個模擬通道都可以提供短路或斷路設置,以模擬與傳感器的錯誤接線連接。可以通過使用連接到高性能DMM的校準端口和隨附的軟件包來驗證每個電阻器通道的校准或驗證。
可以指定每個模塊的電阻範圍為90Ω至250Ω(適用於PT100仿真(40-262-001 / 201/101)),或900Ω至2500Ω(適用於PT1000仿真(40-262-002 / 202/102))。對於給定的傳感器類型,兩個電阻範圍均適合模擬約-25°C至410°C的溫度範圍。電阻值調用的使用使編程變得簡單,還提供了使用所用傳感器模型將溫度請求轉換為電阻調用的API。
每個通道可以在相對於定義的共模電壓大於±15V的差分輸入電壓範圍內工作。共模電壓可以設置為0V(輸入範圍至少為±15V),+ 12V(輸入範圍為-3V至+ 27V),-12V(輸入範圍為-27V至+ 3V)或外部電源到+/- 50V。
