Broadband UV Curing<\/h2>\t\t\t\t

The disadvantage of using only single wavelength UV for curing is that curing on the surface of the photosensitive material is too fast, which may prevent further radiation transmission into the adhesive layer and prevent complete curing.<\/p>\n

Longer wavelengths of UV penetrate deeper into UV adhesives, but non-adhesive surfaces usually require strong radiation around 365 nm.<\/p>\n

To produce a fully cured adhesive layer and a perfect surface, you can use multiple wavelength curing modes, exposing at higher wavelengths and then completing the curing at lower wavelengths at higher intensities.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
