40-262\u662f3U PXI\u6a21\u584a\u7cfb\u5217\uff0c\u652f\u63016\uff08\u4e00\u500b\u63d2\u69fd\uff09\uff0c12\u621618\uff08\u5169\u500b\u63d2\u69fd\uff09RTD\u4eff\u771f\u901a\u9053\u3002\u6839\u64da\u6211\u501140-260 PXI\u7cbe\u5bc6\u96fb\u963b\u5668\u7684\u8a2d\u8a08\u539f\u7406\uff0c\u6b64RTD\u4eff\u771f\u5668\u6a21\u584a\u53ef\u63d0\u4f9b<8m\u03a9\uff08PT100\uff09\u6216<90m\u03a9\uff08PT1000\uff09\u7684\u8a2d\u7f6e\u5206\u8fa8\u7387\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u5728\u6240\u6709\u901a\u9053\u4e0a\u7684\u96fb\u963b\u7cbe\u5ea6\u5747\u512a\u65bc0.1\uff05\u3002<\/p>\n
